Diarrhea & Constipation

Diarrhea and constipation are two common digestive issues that can have a serious impact on day-to-day life. Diarrhea is caused by an interruption in the digestive process, resulting in loose and watery stools. Constipation is the opposite, caused when the digestive process is slowed down, resulting in hard, dry stools. Improving gut health can help reduce symptoms of both diarrhea and constipation. Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and drinking plenty of water can help regulate movements and improve overall gut health.
